Let's be real (LBR) is God's project serving as an avenue to create a safe space where believers can be vulnerable and grow together. It is God's design for everyone to experience his love and grace.

Community is one of God's designs to help us grow, we aren't called to do life alone. A safe space for us is a place where everyone is tolerant of each other, responding in love. It's a place where burdens can be shared without fear of judgment. A place where you can grow by the help received.

It is LBR's mission to be a reminder of God's love,encourage growth through sharing and edification and build a community of vulnerable believers strengthening one another.

  1. Counseling

    Who comforts and encourages us in every trouble so that we will be able to comfort and encourage those who are in any kind of trouble, with the comfort with which we ourselves are comforted by God."

    2 Corinthians 1:4 AMP 

    Counselling team prayerfully and diligently counsels those in need.They'll undergo a period of training to make sure they are better equipped and will refer to a professional where necessary.

  2. Prayer

    " But you, my delightfully loved friends, constantly and progressively build yourselves up on the foundation of your most holy faith by praying every moment in the Spirit."

    Power house of LBR, in charge of standing in the gap on behalf of LBR,it's leadership, volunteers and members.

  3. Support

    "Carry one another’s burdens and in this way you will fulfill the requirements of the law of Christ [that is, the law of Christian love]."

    Galatians 6:2 AMP

    In charge of sourcing edifying and helpful materials and also organizing LBR Programs.

  4. Publicity

    "In the same way, let your good deeds shine out for all to see, so that everyone will praise your heavenly Father."

    In charge of creating publicity materials and handling social media

  5. Correspondence

    “You are the light of [Christ to] the world. A city set on a hill cannot be hidden;"

    In charge of members/ volunteers affair and welfare.

Vision Corner - What do you see? —

I see a community of believers who are vulnerable and seeking the good and growth of each other. I see a place where tired souls can be refreshed, relationships restored, minds renewed and everyone is an agent of reconciliation. I see LBR as a hedge around the body of believers, a place where the love of God is evident. I envision a place I can share my struggles as it relates to my faith journey without any fear of judgment or shame. A community made up of "U and I".
