With a lifelong passion for personal and professional growth, I am dedicated to fostering continual development, both within myself and in those I serve. My journey into energy work began in childhood, and for the last 4 years, I have been practicing Reiki professionally. During this time, I have witnessed beautiful shifts in my clients and experienced an expanded awareness of consciousness myself.

In May 2024, I further broadened my therapeutic skill set by becoming a licensed massage therapist, marking 3 years of practice in physical bodywork. I continually refine and evolve my modalities to ensure my clients receive the most effective, integrative care possible.
