At the age of 25, I'd discovered that I was living by the expectations of others and not for myself. It was as if the world had imploded from within and I was in a state of survival.
🤔 I felt lost and I didn't have any answer to get myself out of a financial rut and having limited people who wanted the best for me.
😍 Now, I lead a happier life working career in banking and finance while growing a thriving health and wellness online business and investment portfolio. I've been able to find my beautiful tribe through the online world through getting to know myself better and what I want in life ❤️

I've spent a decade not knowing what self-love was and doing a whole heap of people-pleasing to the extent it had caused me financial detriment.
I've helped over a hundred people around the world discover what self-love is.
Honestly, it's not easy to put yourself first in a world of competing priorities. It's also not easy because social media coins self-love to be only bubble baths, skincare routines and self-acceptance. I'm here to tell the world that self-acceptance is NOT self-love - and they work together!
𝐒𝐞𝐥𝐟-𝐥𝐨𝐯𝐞 is gaining appreciation/love of yourself through physical, emotional and spiritual support. This promotes growing into your best self in the long run.
𝐒𝐞𝐥𝐟-𝐚𝐜𝐜𝐞𝐩𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 is one's uncritical satisfaction with one's achievements while not living up to their own potential (settling).

The reality is, there are barriers that keep us from living out our best lives but nothing worth achieving comes easy. It's why I've taken everything I've learned and put it into this digital course for you. It's my answer when people ask me 'where do I start?'.

"My life had changed dramatically after that moment or realisation that I was living up others' expectations, giving so much to the extent it caused my financial detriment and superficial, relationships that brought no value to my life. From that moment, I started my healing journey through discovering my love of reading and learning from others. That awareness piece and the conscious choice that I made to not settle for anything less than the best that I deserved and wanted.
My decision to pick up my first book and that time to do self-reflection with myself was one of the most important moments of my life. Since then, I've collected my set of personal stories and other inspirational stories to share and help my community.
For the past few years, I've had the privilege of holding workshops and talks to help people discover what self-love is and how to practically implement it.
