Lisa’s approach to health and wellness not only emphasizes the nourishment on your plate, but includes all of the ways you nourish yourself including mindset, movement, and holistic lifestyle. As a former yo-yo dieter herself, Lisa struggled with knowing how to nourish herself for a healthy and lean body after 40.
That all changed when she enrolled in the world’s largest nutrition school, the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and graduated as a Certified Health Coach.
There, Lisa was able to channel her passion for helping others to live their best lives into a simple method that has helped her and others through her coaching practice, to get healthy and lean, quit dieting for good, and gain clarity about how to live their healthiest life at any age.
