W h a t a r e t e m p l e n i g h t s ?
A temple night is a conscious and safer space away from the mundanities of everyday life. A space that we dive into for a few hours where pleasure and ecstasy are embraced as one of our natural states. A space where we celebrate the beauty of sensuality. A space where we finally allow ourselves to slow down and tune into our bodies. A space where we explore our boundaries and consensually live our desires, based on deeper connection. A space where we feel our aliveness.

In the temple we step into our authentic, raw, vulnerable and optionally erotic Self.

Okay, that might sound a little abstract. So:

W h a t h a p p e n s d u r i n g a t e m p l e n i g h t ?
We gather as a mindfully selected group of around twenty people and together we create a safer space for our intimacy. The temple is about experiencing deep connection beyond physical attraction. We explore all the yummy way to experience unconventional pleasure.

All temple nights have a similar structure and are hosted in English only:
1. Opening ceremony and setting the container by establishing rules.
2. Guided solo space: dropping into the presence and our bodies, awakening our senses and energies, becoming aware of ourselves.
3. Guided partnered space: getting to know the group, creating trust by practicing consent, exploring boundaries and desires, establishing deeper connection through mindful exercises and tools. The guided space will prepare you for the open space.
4. Open space: connecting with what we learnt in the guided space, enjoying pleasure, tapping into playfulness with each other, celebration of sensuality, satisfying our curiosity, authentic self-expression.
5. Closing circle: check out, integrating the experiences, releasing ritual to end the night.

W h a t i s t h e d i f f e r e n c e b e t w e e n t h e t e m p l e s ?
Temple Night Open For All Genders & Sexualities: This temple is a wild melting pot of he/she/theys! No matter what gender or sexuality: you are welcome here. Even though we find mostly heterosexual people is this temple, it is a non-heteronormative space. This means everyone is welcome.

Temple Night of Queer & Femme: This temple is specifically a safer space for queer femmes, women (trans women are women, so yes you are welcome here, babe) and non-binary AFAB‘s (assigned female at birth). This is for you whether you are rooted in your queerness or on a (new) journey of exploring your sexuality.

In both cases, we have purposely decided not to ask for your sexuality. You are allowed to just be (and maybe even try something new). Sexuality is incredibly individual and we want to respect that. If you do feel like it is important for you, you are more than welcome to let us know and/or talk to us about it.

T h e r u l e b o o k f o r b o t h s p a c e s :
The temple is an optionally erotic and sexual but strictly non-penetrative space, this means there is no direct stimulation of genitals. We embrace the curiosity to find all of the different ways we can be intimate with each other beyond the usual.

It is up to you whether you would like to undress, however anything that covers your genitals will always stay on. No matter which gender you are, feel invited to free the nippies if that is what you want.

Everything that happens is built on enthusiastic consent, nothing but full bodied YES. We will practice how you feel this in your body and communicate it.

We practice self responsibility for our own emotions and actions. No one knows yourself better than you. We trust that you are able to choose your own extent and intensity of participation at any given moment. Maybe you will be engaged, maybe you will sit and feel through what comes up for you. Anything can happen, nothing has to happen. You are allowed to be there with whatever is there for you.

Temple nights have the potential for profound [emotional] processes. Visiting a temple night may affect your emotional world and touch deep places within you that you didn‘t know existed or shake them up. Even though our facilitator is qualified and educated to support you through this, ask yourself: Is this something I am ready for?

The temple night is a sober space, no substances or alcohol are allowed. This way, we behave from a conscious level and allow to feel all the sensations. Our bodies will be creating natural ecstasy.

This is a strictly confidential space. This means that phones are not allowed in the temple space, there will be no pictures / recordings of any kind, no names will leave the temple, everything that happens stays in the temple. This way we allow ourselves to l e t g o and unleash our fire.

You have permission to be there with all that you are in that moment: wild and gentle, shy and bold, at ease and nervous, direct and reserved, sensual and rough, sexual and platonic, physical and emotional, extroverted and introverted, clothed and almost-nude, straightforward and timid, quiet and talkative, passionate and cautious, suspicious and trusting, emotional and rational, playful and strict, serious and cheerful.

We allow ourselves to tap into our curiosity, whether this is playful or sensual or erotic or sexual or neither.

We encourage you to stay in your own truth whatever that looks like.

You will take away a heart-opening and self-awareness boosting experience as well as knowledge that you can integrate in your daily and love life.

W h a t i s i m p o r t a n t t o k n o w a b o u t t h e t e m p l e n i g h t s ?
Minimum age is 21. However, the average age is usually between mid twenty to forty.

Most people come solo. If you decide to join as a couple, which you are more than welcome to, please have an honest and vulnerable chat about desires, needs and boundaries upfront.

The location is always in central Lisbon. You will receive a rough area with your payment confirmation to plan ahead and the exact location on the day of the temple.
