Code of conduct:
Natalie Rynne is a member of the Australian Natural Therapists Association (ANTA). She will adhere to the policies, procedures and protocols relating to the professional association's code of conduct and will only act within her scope of practice.
Natalie Rynne and Little Luna Naturopathy understands that health practitioners not within the scope of the Australian Health Practitioners’ Regulation (AHPRA) must follow the Code of Conduct.
Payment terms:
Little Luna Naturopathy will not store payment details; the client will receive an invoice stating the 50% deposit required and the remaining price with the applicable bank account to transfer the Direct Debit. The client will have a Client Reference Number to identify that the client has paid, which will be reflected on Little Luna Naturopathy’s booking system.
All transactions are processed in AUD.
Orders:
All products prescribed via secondary dispensing companies utilised, such as “Vital.ly”, “Ariya Health”, and “The Herb Group”, are subjected to their own policies and procedures, and it is the client’s responsibility to understand and agree whilst paying for their products. Data collection by these devices may include name, credit card number, expiration date, billing address, postcode and security code. Little Luna Naturopathy takes no responsibility for any banking theft related to third-party services.
All products are dispensed with Australia Post from the third-party dispensing services; for any issues with orders, please take a photo of the product and contact Little Luna Naturopathy immediately so we can help rectify this issue directly with the third-party services.
Orders are shipped to the address provided in the client intake form.
Orders shipped to incorrect addresses will not be reshipped or refunded.
Little Luna Naturopathy utilises third-party dispensing services to keep the price of the cost of goods down for you, to ensure consultations and products are accessible, cutting out the middle man as these are ordered directly to you.
For questions on orders that have been shipped, please reference your Aus Post tracking number. As Little Luna Naturopathy takes no responsibility for Aus Post shipping, please get in touch with us if you have concerns about late or lost packages, and we will try our best to rectify them. However, the delivery issue must be resolved with Aus Post.
