Payment and Booking:
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required when booking your consultation.
All consultation fees must be paid in full 24 hours before the consultation.
Treatment plans/prescriptions will only be provided after the full invoice has been received and within a maximum of 7 days from the received date unless otherwise discussed by Natalie of Little Luna Naturopathy.

Pricing Policy:
Pricing may change at any time without notice, and all future consultations will remain at the revised price unless reflected on the website.
All prior booked consultations with deposits paid and invoices received will reflect the price stated on the invoice, thus being honoured.

Non-Refundable:
A 50% non-refundable deposit is taken at the time of booking and is non-refundable under any circumstance.

Appointment Changes:
As life is unpredictable, the option to reschedule the consultation is available, but this is only permitted twice within four months from the original booking date.

Rescheduling Procedure:
To reschedule, clients must notify Little Luna Naturopathy 24 hours before the initially scheduled consultation.

Rescheduled Consultation Date:
The rescheduled consultation must occur within two months from the original booking date. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of the deposit taken for the consultation.

Cancellation:
In the event of a total cancellation, the 50% deposit fee is not refundable under any circumstances.

Client Intake Forms:
All new clients must fill out a Client intake form emailed to the client upon booking and paying their deposit to secure an appointment.
These client intake forms are required back to Little Luna Naturopathy within 24 hours of the initial consultation.
Failure to do so will result in the form being completed during the consultation, which will waste valuable time gathering in-depth knowledge to assess your health status further. No additional time will be given as other clients will be impacted by your altered consultation time, and the total consultation fees will remain.

Code of conduct:
Natalie Rynne is a member of the Australian Natural Therapists Association (ANTA). She will adhere to the policies, procedures and protocols relating to the professional association's code of conduct and will only act within her scope of practice.

Natalie Rynne and Little Luna Naturopathy understands that health practitioners not within the scope of the Australian Health Practitioners’ Regulation (AHPRA) must follow the Code of Conduct.

Payment terms:
Little Luna Naturopathy will not store payment details; the client will receive an invoice stating the 50% deposit required and the remaining price with the applicable bank account to transfer the Direct Debit. The client will have a Client Reference Number to identify that the client has paid, which will be reflected on Little Luna Naturopathy’s booking system.
All transactions are processed in AUD.

Orders:
All products prescribed via secondary dispensing companies utilised, such as “Vital.ly”, “Ariya Health”, and “The Herb Group”, are subjected to their own policies and procedures, and it is the client’s responsibility to understand and agree whilst paying for their products. Data collection by these devices may include name, credit card number, expiration date, billing address, postcode and security code. Little Luna Naturopathy takes no responsibility for any banking theft related to third-party services.

All products are dispensed with Australia Post from the third-party dispensing services; for any issues with orders, please take a photo of the product and contact Little Luna Naturopathy immediately so we can help rectify this issue directly with the third-party services.

Orders are shipped to the address provided in the client intake form.
Orders shipped to incorrect addresses will not be reshipped or refunded.

Little Luna Naturopathy utilises third-party dispensing services to keep the price of the cost of goods down for you, to ensure consultations and products are accessible, cutting out the middle man as these are ordered directly to you.

For questions on orders that have been shipped, please reference your Aus Post tracking number. As Little Luna Naturopathy takes no responsibility for Aus Post shipping, please get in touch with us if you have concerns about late or lost packages, and we will try our best to rectify them. However, the delivery issue must be resolved with Aus Post.

Privacy Policy:
Little Luna Naturopathy complies with the Commonwealth Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles and follows the Privacy and Confidentiality Policy requirements, ensuring the security and safety of all personal details.

Little Luna Naturopathy ensures that all responsible measures are taken to protect and ensure client information remains confidential. Little Luna Naturopathy may transfer or store Client information on secure servers. When Little Luna Naturopathy discloses personal information to other qualified practitioners in the agreement to hand over the case, the practitioner is also subjected to the same privacy protocols. Still, it is the client's responsibility to ensure they are aware of the new providing practitioner’s policy, procedures, terms and conditions, etc. At Little Luna Naturopathy, we will take reasonable technical and organisational precautions to prevent the loss, misuse or alteration of your personal information, and this involves the storing of emails, phone call notes, client information and health data for the applicable time in accordance with the Privacy Act.

I acknowledge that any dietary or supplemental suggestions made by Natalie Rynne and Little Luna Naturopathy are guidelines only and are not intended as the diagnosis, cure, or treatment for any disease. I acknowledge that I, the client, am legally responsible for all food and supplements that I consume and that my medical physician (general practitioner) is my primary healthcare provider and is responsible for supervising changes in diet and nutrient intake. I acknowledge that the information that I have provided to Natalie Rynne and Little Luna Naturopathy is true and correct, and I understand that the treatment protocol is based on such information supplied. I hereby relinquish and waive all responsibility for any health complications that may arise by following the nutritional guidelines given to me by Natalie Rynne and Little Luna Naturopathy. I have read, understood, and agree to the above conditions.
