Keep your feet shoulder width apart and rotate the back and forth by initiating the movement through your hips quickly
2-3 sets @ 3-5 second intervals
Move smoothly and quickly turning your feet and hips from one side to the other. Reach long through the shoulder but don’t let the ViPR PRO come to rest
Do 40 seconds alternating directions
Lift the ViPR PRO straight up, step out to the side and reach long
Do 40 seconds alternating directions
Using a shovel grip in a staggered stance lift in a shovel motion over opposite shoulder while stepping into a side lunge
Do 20 sec each side
Start in a staggered stance holding the ViPR PRO with a neutral grip. Step together then step forward - right together left or left together right - while simultaneously shifting the ViPR PRO over your opposite shoulder
