I have been on my fitness journey for many years and if it’s not one thing, it is another that sets me back. But it boils down to me. I have to decide to get up and work out. I have to decide to eat right. When I get these two aligned, I see results. But then…I see results and I give myself a free pass to eat what I want and lax on my exercise. What do you think happens next…you got it! I gain my weight back and my progress is gone and I fall back in the rut of why do anything.
Fast forward to 2021- I had soo many set backs and my weight fluctuated from 225-198 to 200.
It is now 2022 and I decided to hire a personal trainer IG @shelbyg.fitness for a 2-month January special and I feel I will see better results. Shelby is amazing! She is not only a certified PT, she is certified in woman’s health and she helps you get healthy and fit. So, I am excited to see what 2022 brings.
