Normal skin is balanced, no excessive oil and has good elasticity. Pores are barely visible and no or few imperfections. However normal skin should also follows a daily routine of taking care of our skin and prevent from occurrence of problems.

Oiliness doesn't mean that your face is hydrated, all skin need hydration. Just that we need to balance the level of hydration and oil.
As suggestion, we need to clean our pores regularly. Basic cleansing with weekly exfoliating. Exfoliating can only be done once a week, but if for acne prone skin, suggest to go for twice a week.
As for daily make-up doers, remember to remove your make up with make up remover. We don't want to block our pores. That's how our sebum will secrete more and turns out to be acne or pimples.
Lastly, drink plenty of water. Don't forget that the amount of water you drink directly influences your skin's health and appearance.
