Growing up, I was an overachiever + perfectionist. I often found myself exhausted and overwhelmed each night yet unable to fall asleep due to a racing mind. Sound familiar?
It took me several years to turn my destructive habits around and achieve a balance in my life, allowing me to live fully and presently. Now, through my training as a life coach, I aim to improve the lives of those who overload their metaphorical plates and take on more than they can manage.
