Thank you for choosing my salon. Please review the following policies before your appointment:

• Cancellations made within 24 hours and no-shows will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service.
• A 15-minute grace period is allowed for late arrivals. After that, the appointment may be canceled.
• All sales are final. No refunds will be issued.
• Only clients receiving services may enter the service area, with exceptions made for parents or guardians.
• Only one discount may be applied per visit.
