blur: (optional) i put it on 50!
SAVE!

next app is instagram,
go to the end of filters into
the search bar and look
up ethereal and it should
be the first filter then
add it to favourites and
go out of that then go
to add your video (has
to be 15s or shorter)
and then tap on the
three sparkles and tap
the filter you just added
(ethereal)
SAVE! and your done!
