For years, I lived a “how life should be”. It did not feel aligned. Fast foreword through a few rock bottoms..

I developed a tool belt of self care, consistent Yoga practice, eating colorfully and surrounding myself with those who love and inspire me. I have blossomed and washed away the mud into this beautiful being I call Lotus Queen. I am living my life according to me.

The lotus flower is a powerful symbol that illustrates growth and rebirth through the mud.  Do you know where they grow? SWAMPS..And yet, they refuse to let their environment impact their growth. Lotus symbolizes how we can overcome any obstacle on our journey to a better life. I keep the lotus close throughout my journey.
