In the summer of 2021, my craving for authentic Neapolitan-style pizza led me on a search through Pampanga for the perfect slice. Despite finding some good options in Manila, the high prices made me realize the lack of accessible authentic Neapolitan pizza in the area. It was then that I stumbled upon an ad for a portable gas-powered brick oven, sparking the idea to create my own. Before the oven even arrived, I was determined to start Lou's Pizza and offer affordable, authentic Neapolitan-style pizza to the people of Pampanga. Growing up in a family that cherished pizza and Italian cuisine, my passion for food runs deep. I aim to share that love through Lou's Pizza, providing not just a meal, but a memorable experience for our customers to enjoy with their loved ones.
