My mission is to be a light in the world. I believe that oftentimes that means folding laundry and finding JOY and purpose in the mundane of motherhood. But I believe that sometimes we are called to do hard things that push us and help us grow while sharing our JOY with others.

I am a mama and a wife. I got married one week after graduating college and gave birth to our first baby less than two years later. Then we had two more in as many years, and I’ve been in the trenches of motherhood for most of my marriage while also encouraging my husband as he pursues his dream to farm.

At some point, I started to feel like I could do more in my role as a stay-at-home mom and I started to pray about it. Shortly after that, I was met with the opportunity to join a movement that is out to change the world.

My desire is that I can bring other women alongside me, running together, supporting one another, facing hardship together and leading with conviction and strength. I believe God set a purpose before women that only we can accomplish, no matter what our circumstances.

So dust off that box of dreams you set aside for a rainy day. Get ready to rise, run, and become all that God created you to be.
