Hi, I am Sarah, its nice to "meet" you!
I started my journey as a nutrition coach because i wanted to help other women who are struggling with nutrition and meal planning and want to transform their overall well-being. Meal planning has been a huge part of my life these last 5 years and I want to help you gain these skills as well.
Passions include teaching about nutrition and meal planning, cooking with my 4 year old and writing recipes free of peanuts, tree nuts and coconut.
