Pork Stir Fry

PORK STIR FRY INGREDIENTS

4 thick pork chops or 8 thin pork chops
2 bell peppers of different colors
1 separate pepper of your choice (depending on spice tolerance)
1 normal yellow onion or 4 boiling onions
1/2 cup tropical teriyaki
1/2 cup teriyaki baste and glaze
3 table spoons general tso's sauce
3 table spoons sweet chili sauce
1/4 cup vinegar (rice or apple cider)
1/4 cup sparkling apple cider
1 teaspoon fresh minced garlic

To taste:
Tenderizer
Minced onion
Garlic salt

COOKING:
You will need a large pan, a spatula, and a knife and cutting board.

Dice your bell peppers, pepper, onions, and pork into roughly 1 inch pieces. Make sure to be safe when handling raw pork and clean your utensils after coming in contact with raw pork, along with your hands.

Heat your pan to a medium heat and add oil if desired before placing in your pork.

Cook the pork to a white hue on almost all sides (it is not done cooking) before gradually adding all of your vegetables. Sauté for 5 minutes.

Turn the heat down to a medium low and add your sauce and spices. These will coat the vegetables and meat while the ingredients stir themselves on your spatula. Stir and sauté until the mixture is fully uniform (the same) and turn the heat back to medium.

Sauté for around 5 more minutes, allowing your sauce to thicken and your vegetables to soften. This serves 3 people with no sides or additives and is highly suggested to have steamed rice on the side, the sauce mixes into it perfectly.
