A Little About Me
Hi! I’ Emily. And as I’m sure most can relate I’ve been on this weight loss rollercoaster for far too long. In high school I wanted to be skinny and started trying to lose weight. I didn’t need to! But that mentality kicked in. I even got on diet pills at one point.
▪️College years - I was decently active but diet was mostly garbage so weight gain slowly began. Tried different quick methods to lose weight. South Beach Diet worked well but didn’t keep it up.
▪️Post college - Weight had crept up and began trying to workout more, tried swapping to what I thought were healthier foods but didn’t work that well and didn’t keep it up.
▪️Pre/Early marriage - Heaviest I had ever been. Went on diet pills again. Not a good idea! Lost about 15lbs before I got married but gained it back pretty fast.
▪️Pregnancy - Gained 45-50lbs. Didn’t care bc I thought it would just disappear once I had my daughter. It didn’t.
▪️Post pregnancy - started working out and eating healthier. Stumbled upon the Paleo/Primal lifestyle (Primal is essentially lower carb and Paleo focuses on eating real foods) and jumped right in. Lost ~70lbs within 2 years. Felt great and couldn’t believe how my life had changed.
▪️10 years later - A little off track and working on getting back to some of those basic principles and habits that helped so much all those years. Using all of the hacks and tools I’ve acquired to get going again. Getting older slows some things down so I need all the help I can get!
✨One thing I’m doing is implementing Prüvit ketones into my daily routine as of Jan 1st. I’ve tried other brands of ketones in the past but I always come back to the quality of Prüvit. Coupled with a lower carb lifestyle and moving my body, ketones are just another tool I can use to help keep me moving forward!

✅ I want to be healthy both physically and mentally.
