When I created Swahili Coney, it was out of pure fun. My muse was my friend and all the wonderful home cooked meals she use to make from Africa.
It took me back to my grandmother's home as a child.
I wanted to create that feeling crossed with my Detroit roots; Coney Island.
Let your creativity take you to far places.
