Hi! I’m Lulu and I’m so happy you are here!

I’m a 50 year-old Fashion Designer by trade chasing inner wellness whenever possible.

I started my path to wellness many years ago. First came the nutrition factor, then came the workouts, added green household cleaning products, and finally supplemented with the health component. I’ve recently added a clinical grade liquid collagen to my regimen.

I’ve done the research to what is needed to optimize my health as well as my family’s and want to share them with you.

I run an on-line business that focuses on all the above.
