Our dream of owning and operating a food truck became a reality in early 2021 when we took some inspiration from our daughter Lulu and her love for mini pancakes. We always wanted to create something unique and different on our truck, and we thought little pancakes with a variety of innovative toppings was just the thing! Little pancakes have been a European tradition for generations, and more recently they have become quite popular on the west coast. After making them time and time again for family and friends, we decided it was time to bring this fun, delicious treat to the New England community! We love to make people happy and exceed their expectations of what they think pancakes can be. With a rotating menu, seasonal influence, and customizable toppings, we know you will love our pancakes just as much as Lulu!
