Cancellation Policy
Dear Guest,
I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. I do require a 48 hours notice if you need to Cancel, Reschedule or Adjust services for your reservation.
48 hours before your scheduled recervation, a courtesy reminder via text/email (whichever you signed up for) will be sent to you.
A credit card is required to hold your reservation. ***Please know that by requesting appointment with me you are agreeing to my cancellation policy. Cancellation fees will be charged to the card on file.
Cancellations or Reschedule made less than 48 hours in advance will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service.
PLEASE NOTE: Cancellations or Rescheduling can be made through Vagaro booking system.
Rescheduling after 48hrs- need to text lupe.
Late arrivals: please note that if you are more than 15 minutes late for your service, I may not be able to accommodate the service or services booked. A cancellation due to late arrival will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service.
*If the booked multiple appointments and on the day of the appointment you changed your mind and only get one, a cancellation fee will still be applied for the service canceled.
Failure to show up for your reservation will result in a 100% charge of the reserved service amount.

Clients who NO SHOW on more than one occasion will be required to pay in full before any reservations are booked.
