They were born and bred in the East Rand of Johannesburg, South Africa. They are passionate about the plight of Education, Human Rights, Gender Equality and Emancipation, Feminism, Media and International Relations.
They have published 19+ publications on ResearchGate and 4 of those publications are research articles which have been read by many South African and International Institutions of Higher Learning.
Tshabalala-Mavuso, has received recognition for their excellence in writing their research paper titled - The Paradigm of Institutionalization, by the prestigious University of Birmingham (UK)
They are currently a postgraduate student with The Open University (UK), and they are studying a Postgrad Research Honours Course that focuses on Education, Youth and Leadership.
