My business hours are Wednesday-Friday 7:30am-1:30pm and Saturday 8:30am-4:30pm.
Additional appointments can be booked if I am available. Additional appointments are appointments outside of my business hours and days. Additional appointments requires an extra fee.

All braiding services includes shampoo service. Most braiding services includes hair, knotless braids, box braids, and feed in braid styles. All appointments on the website is scheduled at an estimate time. Services may take longer depending on circumstances. All braiding service must be booked at the earliest time available.

You will receive either a text from me or from the booking website 24-48 hours before your appointment, at that time you will be able to cancel or change your appointment. If you cannot make changes to your appointment online please text me as soon as possible. No call no show appointments will not be able to book with me again. Please call or text if you cannot make your appointment.

A 10 minute grace period is applied to your appointment. If i am still able to get you in, there will be a $10 late fee. If i am not able to get you in your appointment will be cancel. All appointments where hair is included(braiding services)will require a retainer fee. Retainer fee must be paid within 24 hours of booking your service. Retainer fee range from $30-$60 depending on the service. Retainer fees are nonrefundable but can be transferred to another appointment within 30 days.

At this time, I do not service kids younger than 15. If you are booking for your teen please leave a note in the note section or text 937-369-5955 stating that the appointment is for your child.
