✨3. One week before your event, we'll finalize your delivery and pick up times, delivery driver, setup location, and anything else we'll need to make sure your event goes off without a hitch

Is there an age limit?

At Luxe Bounce Cayman, you are never too young or too old to jump for joy!

How many guests can jump at one time?

The weight capacity for our Luxe Bounce house is 800lbs or about 8 children.

Is a deposit required?

Yes, to secure your event date we require CI$100 down as a deposit and the balance is due 3 days before your delivery day/time. Deposits are non-refundable, but we can apply your deposit towards a different date within a full calendar year.

How far in advance do I need to book my event?

Depending on the type of event and what your bounce house needs are, we suggest you book as soon as you can. However, we understand that life happens and we’re always happy to accommodate last minute bookings - just shoot us a message!

What if I know the date but not the venue?

No problem - we can confirm those other details once you book and as we get a little closer to your event.

How far do you travel?

We travel everywhere Island-wide at no additional cost!

Having your celebration on the Sister Islands? Contact us and we will make it possible.

How long is the rental period?

The rental period options are Half Day (4 Hours), Full Day (8 Hours) and Overnight rentals upon request. We will set up your bounce house at least one hour prior to your event and work with you on the best time to pick up.

What is included in my booking?

All bounce houses include accessories such as a Tarp, Mat, 50 ft. Extension Cord, and Blower. 1 standard power outlet is needed within 50 ft. of Blower and Bounce House and will need a minimum floor space of 20’ x 22’.

*Please note that we cannot carry up stairs. Please also note that if your party is indoors it is the clients responsibility to ensure that there is enough ceiling clearance.

Can we add balloons / florals / draping to a Luxe Bounce Cayman bounce house?

Absolutely! This is what it’s all about. Check out inspo and let our in-house professional stylists make your dreams come true!

*Note: if our in-house professional styling services will not be used, all additional items installed on our bounce houses MUST be installed by a professional due to the potential damage and staining to our bounce houses. Please also note that an additional damage deposit may apply.

What if my event time has changed or I have decided to add a balloon stylist last minute?

No worries! As long as we know within a few days of your event, we can make proper arrangements on our end.

Will there be a Luxe Bounce Cayman Attendant on-site during my event?

Depends. An Attendant is only mandatory if face painting/similar mess prone activations are present such as gender reveal smoke bombs, slime, glitter, messy art, temporary tattoos, etc. due to these items being prone to stain our bounce houses if not cleaned off immediately.

A Luxe Bounce Cayman Attendant will assist with bounce house cleaning, photos, and safety.

Each Attendant is CI$25/hour.

Are there any rules?

Not to DEFLATE the fun, but yes! Here is a list of our rules:

✨No food or drink
✨No sharp objects
✨No face paint, slime, glitter or other messy-prone materials
✨No pets
✨Do not wet the inside of the bounce houses
✨Adult supervision required
✨Bounce and have fun
✨Tag and share your photos with us

How much is it to rent a Luxe Bounce Cayman bounce house?

Our 17x17 house “The Castle” is CI$350 for Half Day (4 hours) and an addition CI$150 for Full Day (CI$500 for 8 hours).

*Additional fees apply for our professional balloon styling and add-ons.

We offer split payments.
