General Policy —
• If you are more than 15 minutes late, it will result in an automatic cancellation & deposit will be forfeited
• To reschedule, notify me at LEAST 48 hrs in advance or a new deposit will be required
• You are only allowed to reschedule ONCE to keep your deposit valid. A second reschedule from initial appointment will require another deposit.
• NO REFUNDS, NO EXCEPTIONS
Covid-19 Safety —
• Wear a mask at all times
• I will run temperature check (has to be below 100.4 °F)
• Wash hands before service
• No additional guests, children, or pets allowed!
Lash Bookings —
• READ ALL POLICIES & AGREE before booking
• ALL appointments require a $25 NONREFUNDABLE deposit
• Send deposit within 3 hours of booking to secure your spot, or your date will be made available for others
• Deposits can be sent via Venmo

Client Satisfaction —
• You have up to 48 hrs to notify me of any issues with your lash set to have a complimentary fix.
• After 48 hrs, it is not my responsibility
- Don’t get them wet for 24-48hrs
- Wash them morning & night, blow dry ( on cool setting) upwards, then brush downwards
- Avoid steaming hot showers
- Try not to sleep on sides
- No sauna
- Use oil free products
- No eye makeup
