I carried TWO babies at once so twin mom, It was one one of the hardest things I’ve ever done but by far one of my greatest blessings! I’m officially raising 2 teenagers and have 1 in college, so if you know, you know. I’m a dog lover mom of Hemi our sweet Shih zu mix rescue baby and he is so stinking spoiled.

I’m a Texas girl born and raised and love country music. Chocolate and tacos are life, and leggings are pants….I’m just sayin’ you could say I’m a “little” extra at times. I’m loud, I love hard, I’m a overthinker, and if I overthink too much the anxiety kicks into overdrive! I am daughter of God, I pray daily, and that’s where I find my strength.

I have built a successful business from my phone and love helping other tired mommas find energy, health, and wealth with 3 simple steps that changed my life! I manage a Pediatric Therapy clinic full time and absolutely love it!
