As a result of my personal health journey I am passionate about helping women take back power in their health by becoming informed consumers.

For most of my life I believed that if products were on store shelves they must be good and safe for me. Sadly I learned the hard way that my assumption could not be farther from the truth.

Prior to 2012 I fell for clever advertising, cute labels and good marketing. I blindly followed the latest trends thinking it was for my good.

That may be part of the reason you are here. Like me, you may have found yourself in a position that opened your eyes and led you down a path of pursuing health.

On March 16, 2012 I was rushed to emergency surgery having a miscarriage. That day I was diagnosed with an incurable disease that causes infertility. It was stage 3-stage 4 endometrios. Meaning parts of my body were severely damaged and parts of my body were barren. The disease was very advanced and caused severe damage in my body, and pretty much destroyed my reproductive health.

That was the turning point in my life.

While the Lord had given my husband and I a prophetic promise years before I knew I was medically barren, this was the moment the Lord spoke to my heart and told me to steward my health and prepare a place for healthy conception and full-term pregnancy to happen.

So I dove in! I wanted to know what was fueling this chronic condition. This is when I learned it wasn’t just what I was putting in my mouth that was wrecking my health, but also what I was putting on my skin, what I was inhaling via my nose, what I was cooking and storing my foods in, as well as the toll is stress and negative mindsets on my body.

I learned so much during my 7 1/2 years battle with infertility and I continue to learn even now because I am committed to my health, and committed to sharing what I have learned with you because YOUR health is worth it!
