Homemade Blueberry Pancakes

Ingredients:

1 1/2 cup, spelt flour
1/3 cup coconut flour
2 tsps. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tbsp. stevia
1/4 cinnamon
1/8 tsp. salt
1/4 cup full fat yogurt
3/4 cup of almond milk
2 large eggs

Add wet ingredients into the flour mixture, mix lightly until well combined. Pour 1/4 cup of the batter into the pan, and cook on low-medium heat for about a minute then flip it the pancake, then let it cook for another minute or until it’s lightly brown.

Served and enjoy them with butter and pancake syrup.
