I’m a wellness & lifestyle blogger based in Jersey City. I love to share my hoLYSStic approach to wellness, spirituality & sustainability. I don’t believe in one size fits all mentality when it comes to any of these conscious conversations . We are all unique human beings with different experience and energy types. I believe that these topics are all interwoven together and I love to bridge the gap between the the mind, body & soul.

I am currently a Conscious Consultant & Content Creator. I work with purpose-driven brands on the consulting side helping them to have a conscious approach to their marketing. I also work with wellness brands that I love and use as part of my blogging. I come from a background in agency life and now am a Soulpreneur with a mission to help others be more mindful. I am Reiki Level 2 certified and work with my business partner for Boundless Creatives to help bring ‘Mindfulness to the masses’ with our consulting, coaching and courses. We use a spiritual-meets-strategic approach.
