HOW TO SHOP FOR MAGNETIC LASHES

Please allow 24 -48 hours for your order to ship out. Instructions for payment will be on the invoice sent to you.

Do you love em’ big and bold? Must you always must wear mascara and you love a super black lash? Or do you prefer the subtle look and want them wispy? It’s good to know your general lash vibe so you can choose between 3D Volume or Natural styles.

28mm or less is considered Small
29-32mm Medium
33mm or more is Large

Is using magnetic liner and lashes safe around my eyes?

• Yes! Our Eyeliner ingredients are found in common makeup and skincare products, The iron oxide which makes the eyeliner work is safe to be used around the eyes. We do not however recommend using our product if you have any pre-existing eye conditions.

What is the life expectancy of the eyeliner and eyelashes?

• Our lashes are reusable 20+ times with proper care and storage. Make sure to clean the magnets carefully after each use by gently pulling eyeliner from the magnets and/ or wiping them with a cotton swab and a small amount of oil free makeup remover. Place lashes back into the lash tray to keep their shape and keep them clean.

How do I make sure the lashes fit my eye shape?

• We offer numerous styles for that reason. Make sure to read the bio of each as we do specify whether we recommend it for small or large eyes as well as specific shaped eyes. All our lashes can be trimmed for the best fit. Please watch our tutorial for help on how to do that properly and without damaging the lashes.

The lash strip feels uncomfortable.... what am I doing wrong?

• Ensure that you have clipped the tiny ends on both tips of the lash strip. Any little excess of the strip can be irritating to the lid if not clipped. Trimming them to size will also help with comfort.

Can I wear mascara with my Magnetic lashes?

• Yes! We actually recommend it to give a more cohesive look.
Always curl your lashes and apply mascara BEFORE applying the magnetic liner and lash strip!

Can I wear magnetic eyelashes with lash extensions?

• Yes magnetic lashes are the perfect solution for the “in between fill” times when your extensions are looking sparse. Be careful to avoid getting the eyeliner on the extensions themselves if possible.

How do I make the magnetic eyelashes stick to the magnet better?

• You may have remnants of mascara or liner stick to the tiny magnets on the strip. Make sure to clean them properly before applying them.
Also make sure you have applied a thick enough coat and allowed it to dry completely before applying the lash strip. If you don’t the liner will stick to the lash strip more than to your eyelid.

How do I remove and clean my lashes?

• Simply grab the end of the lash at your outer eye and gently peel off. Avoid grabbing from the centre of the eye as that part of the strip is smaller and more delicate.
If you notice clumps of mascara or eyeliner on the magnets, gently scratch it off with your nail on each of the magnets. To remove the liner off your eyelid use a gentle cleanser or makeup remover and warm water to clean off any residue lo
