Hey y’all 👋🏾 I’m Maia & I’m a 25 year old living in Brooklyn, NY.

I spend my weekdays as the Chief People Officer at JUV, a purpose driven marketing agency helping companies better reach Gen Z. At night, I’m focused on my podcast Big Fish: Sink or Swim, a platform for and by Black womxn to discuss the problems we all face during our 20-somethings.

My passion/continuous goal is to make space for Black people to be felt, seen, and heard (both digitally and IRL). I’ve assisted with campaign and product ideation/creation, organized marketing workshops and coordinated real life activations with the focus of telling the untold.
