Getting through life, one red bull at a time. The most introverted extrovert. Once I trust you- you are my people for life. You only have to prove it to me for 14 years first. (Kidding, kinda.)

Truthfully- I really enjoy being alone and at peace with myself and surroundings, but I am extremely extroverted when I’m around people who bring me comfort and happiness.

We are the epitome of Country living, alongside my farmer and our pups, We live on a mixed cattle N grain farm in Saskatchewan, and live our best lives everyday. Jay is my boyfriend- soul mate, side kick, ball n chain- you get it. He is the most amazing guy and I love this life with him. I could brag on him for hours. ( Ok I’m done bein sappy. Guest bedroom diy in a day

hand painted arch headboard

I used a tape measurer to find my center of the wall then used a pencil to sketch it- I tied a string to the end of the pencil then nailed the string down to my halfway point to get the perfect arch by keeping my pencil tight while I traced it out. Once I was happy with it I painted it in a 5cm tip brush and painted a thin outline then went through the rest with a bigger paint brush. This was the final result. It was done and the bed was set up within 2-3 hours max. Super easy diy!!

Chicken bacon ranch rotini bake —

I whipped this one up with things I had in my fridge and it come out amazing! Picky eater approved.

Ingredients:
3 Garlic cloves diced
2 chicken breast
5 slices of bacon
4 cups rotini pasta
2 cups milk
1/2 stick of butter
Flour
2 cups of cheese
Salt + pepper + paprika to taste
1/2 a packet of ranch seasoning

Cube then cook 2-3 boneless skinless chicken breasts then add 3 cloves of garlic once almost finished! Put to the side and cook your bacon until crispy! Drain your bacon grease out then start with a half a stick of unsalted butter, add flour to make a rue, whisk in 2 cups of milk and stir well, once all mixed in add cheeses of your choice! I did 1 cup Monterey, 1 cup marble. This will make your cheese sauce! Add in your noodles, chicken, bacon and stir. Top with remaining bacon and serve! You could add spinach or broccoli — or any veggie to the dish— I just have a fussy eater! Bake with extra cheese or serve as is! Sooo good.
I served it with green beans, caesar salad, garlic toast!

Enjoy! Xo
