Guest bedroom diy in a day
hand painted arch headboard
I used a tape measurer to find my center of the wall then used a pencil to sketch it- I tied a string to the end of the pencil then nailed the string down to my halfway point to get the perfect arch by keeping my pencil tight while I traced it out. Once I was happy with it I painted it in a 5cm tip brush and painted a thin outline then went through the rest with a bigger paint brush. This was the final result. It was done and the bed was set up within 2-3 hours max. Super easy diy!!
Chicken bacon ranch rotini bake —
I whipped this one up with things I had in my fridge and it come out amazing! Picky eater approved.
Ingredients:
3 Garlic cloves diced
2 chicken breast
5 slices of bacon
4 cups rotini pasta
2 cups milk
1/2 stick of butter
Flour
2 cups of cheese
Salt + pepper + paprika to taste
1/2 a packet of ranch seasoning
Cube then cook 2-3 boneless skinless chicken breasts then add 3 cloves of garlic once almost finished! Put to the side and cook your bacon until crispy! Drain your bacon grease out then start with a half a stick of unsalted butter, add flour to make a rue, whisk in 2 cups of milk and stir well, once all mixed in add cheeses of your choice! I did 1 cup Monterey, 1 cup marble. This will make your cheese sauce! Add in your noodles, chicken, bacon and stir. Top with remaining bacon and serve! You could add spinach or broccoli — or any veggie to the dish— I just have a fussy eater! Bake with extra cheese or serve as is! Sooo good.
I served it with green beans, caesar salad, garlic toast!
Enjoy! Xo
Easy Crockpot Lasagna recipe
Must try recipe!
Here's how to make it step-by-step below:
Brown the ground beef
Add the onions, garlic, salt, pepper and tomato sauce
Layer your ingredients in the crock pot in this order: meat sauce, noodles and cheese
Repeat until you use all the ingredients and fill the crock pot (usually three layers)
Pour an extra jar of tomato sauce over the entire pot
Pour 1/2 cup of water down the sides to keep it from burning and allow for even cooking
Cook on high for four hours or low for eight hours
Ingredients list:
Lasagna noodles (oven ready)
Ground beef
Onion
Garlic cloves or powder
Tomato sauce ( I use Classico)
Ricotta cheese or cottage cheese
Mozzarella cheese
Sausage and perogies in the crockpot
Simple tasty recipe
Combine half a bag of frozen perogies, and a coil of frozen cut sausage to your greased crockpot
add salt, pepper, garlic powder to taste
Then I add
1/4 cup of milk,
1 cup of chicken broth
1/2 block of cream cheese
1 cup shredded cheese
Cook 4 on high or 8 on low!
So creamy and delicious
Crockpot chicken drumsticks w/ veggies
I rate this one 9/10!
Recipe:
1/2 onion diced
1 cup 1/2 carrots
2 cups baby potatoes
4 garlic cloves
1 cups water
1 chicken bouillon cube
Chicken drumsticks seasoned with your choice of seasonings I chose:
Paprika
Salt
Pepper
Cayenne
Garlic powder
Lemon dilly
Set your crockpot to low on 8 hours and oil it then add your potatoes, carrots, onion + garlic (or whatever veggies you fancy!)
Meanwhile add your drumsticks to a plastic bag and add garlic powder, salt, pepper, paprika, cayenne, lemon dilly seasoning, and a drop of oil and shake until coated.
Once finished add your drumsticks to the top of the crock. Add about 1 cup of water and 1 cube chicken bouillon seasoning.
Walk away for 8 hours, come back and dig in! The chicken falls right off the bone, ughhhh- So yummy. Also there will be the tiniest bit of liquid when you get back! It cooks it right up. Fool proof meal!
