Pizza roll recipe —
easy to throw in field lunches or just the perfect snack to have on hand
Dough (no yeast recipe, you can add if you like)
2 cups flour
1 tbsp baking powder
1 tsp of salt
1 cup water
Add 1 cup of flour & 2 tbsp of oil to all the other dry ingredients then add the water.
form into a dough, kneed together and roll out.
Best part!!! doesn’t need to rise!
Just roll out your dough flat and even + add ingredients like a pizza. I cut all my meat in squares then place them on. My order is :pizza sauce pepperoni, salami, ham and topped with shredded marble cheese, + sprinkle oregano before folding.
Roll it all up cinnamon bun style! It doesn’t have to be perfect. cut up, place in a casserole dish. and cook at 400 for 25 mins!

Guest bedroom diy in a day
hand painted arch headboard
I used a tape measurer to find my center of the wall then used a pencil to sketch it- I tied a string to the end of the pencil then nailed the string down to my halfway point to get the perfect arch by keeping my pencil tight while I traced it out. Once I was happy with it I painted it in a 5cm tip brush and painted a thin outline then went through the rest with a bigger paint brush. This was the final result. It was done and the bed was set up within 2-3 hours max. Super easy diy!!
Chicken bacon ranch rotini bake —
I whipped this one up with things I had in my fridge and it come out amazing! Picky eater approved.
3 Garlic cloves diced
2 chicken breast
5 slices of bacon
4 cups rotini pasta
2 cups milk
1/2 stick of butter
2 cups of cheese
Salt + pepper + paprika to taste
1/2 a packet of ranch seasoning
Cube then cook 2-3 boneless skinless chicken breasts then add 3 cloves of garlic once almost finished! Put to the side and cook your bacon until crispy! Drain your bacon grease out then start with a half a stick of unsalted butter, add flour to make a rue, whisk in 2 cups of milk and stir well, once all mixed in add cheeses of your choice! I did 1 cup Monterey, 1 cup marble. This will make your cheese sauce! Add in your noodles, chicken, bacon and stir. Top with remaining bacon and serve! You could add spinach or broccoli — or any veggie to the dish— I just have a fussy eater! Bake with extra cheese or serve as is! Sooo good.
I served it with green beans, caesar salad, garlic toast!
Easy Crockpot Lasagna recipe
Must try recipe!
Here's how to make it step-by-step below:
Brown the ground beef
Add the onions, garlic, salt, pepper and tomato sauce
Layer your ingredients in the crock pot in this order: meat sauce, noodles and cheese
Repeat until you use all the ingredients and fill the crock pot (usually three layers)
Pour an extra jar of tomato sauce over the entire pot
Pour 1/2 cup of water down the sides to keep it from burning and allow for even cooking
Cook on high for four hours or low for eight hours
Lasagna noodles (oven ready)
Garlic cloves or powder
Tomato sauce ( I use Classico)
Ricotta cheese or cottage cheese
Sausage and perogies in the crockpot
Simple tasty recipe
Combine half a bag of frozen perogies, and a coil of frozen cut sausage to your greased crockpot
add salt, pepper, garlic powder to taste
Then I add
1/4 cup of milk,
1 cup of chicken broth
1/2 block of cream cheese
1 cup shredded cheese
Cook 4 on high or 8 on low!
So creamy and delicious
Crockpot chicken drumsticks w/ veggies
I rate this one 9/10!
1/2 onion diced
1 cup 1/2 carrots
2 cups baby potatoes
4 garlic cloves
1 cups water
1 chicken bouillon cube
Chicken drumsticks seasoned with your choice of seasonings I chose:
Set your crockpot to low on 8 hours and oil it then add your potatoes, carrots, onion + garlic (or whatever veggies you fancy!)
Meanwhile add your drumsticks to a plastic bag and add garlic powder, salt, pepper, paprika, cayenne, lemon dilly seasoning, and a drop of oil and shake until coated.
Once finished add your drumsticks to the top of the crock. Add about 1 cup of water and 1 cube chicken bouillon seasoning.
Walk away for 8 hours, come back and dig in! The chicken falls right off the bone, ughhhh- So yummy. Also there will be the tiniest bit of liquid when you get back! It cooks it right up. Fool proof meal!
My favourite focaccia bread recipe
I made this the first time and fell in love- though it’s a lengthy recipe, it is so tasty and worth it.

2 cups Luke warm water- stir and combine
Drizzle dough with oil
Cover for 18-48 hours in fridge
*Next day *
With oiled hands release the dough from the bowl and shape into a ball
Transfer to your pan and coat in oil
Let sit for 2-4 hours
Then drizzle with more oil and dimple using all
Top with herbs and Parmesan + sea salt
Bake at 425 for 25-30 mins
Let cool for 10-15 mins at least, before serving
Enjoy!! You will likely eat the whole loaf

A simple Aztec design always makes it way into my cart. I love the simplicity but chic look it gives off. This was a last season fave of mine from Crocus Creek Boutique. Keep an eye out for this season!
