I’m lisa Sherpa. My understanding of health has changed a lot over the years. Ever since I introduced yoga and meditation in my life, I have come to realise that physical and mental health is extremely important, but so is spiritual well-being! To be able to enjoy a vibrant energy body is a huge empowerment! Yogic practices have activated my energies leading to stability in my body and brought stillness in my mind which I lacked throughout my life.

With yoga and meditation I wish to help you ground yourself in the present, full aware of yourself who you are and where you have to be. When you achieve that goals in your life it will serve you harmony in every step of life. You will notice positive changes in your work, habits and lifestyle. You will begin to appreciate these changes and also be grateful for having rewarded yourself with a good habit for life.
