Batch dates: September 1 - September 30
( 5 weeks )
Types of Class : Group Classes (10-12 ppl.)
Duration: 1 hour per session
Schedule: Monday - Thursday ( 4 days a week) 7 - 8 AM
Fee: INR 3000 / month
The class involves:
1. Asanas
2. Pranayama
3. Meditation
4. Classical Surya Namaskar
5. Yoga flows sequence for beginners, flexibility, mobility, strength training etc.

- Beginners who are new to yoga
- Regular Practitioner
- For those who want to build strength while achieving a flexible body along with exploring the powerful meditation
- For those who want to make their foundation strong by focusing on asana practice ( Hatha Yoga )
- For those who want a relaxed practice focused more on stretching
- Those who want to explore their body limits and eventually move to the intermediate level.

I’m lisa Sherpa. My understanding of health has changed a lot over the years. Ever since I introduced yoga and meditation in my life, I have come to realise that physical and mental health is extremely important, but so is spiritual well-being!
