I’m grounded in central Arkansas, married to my high school sweetheart, and raising our 3 sassy George girls to be the BEST versions of themselves.
I love all things nature and cozy. I love to be in the gym or on the dance floor with my FitFam. I love to cook, and find ways to health-ify my favorite meals. I love family centered nutrition! I love to find reasons to get dressed up, and appreciate high quality skincare and makeup.
