What is a sound bath?
A sound bath is a form of meditation. Its a musical journey where the sounds and vibrations from the instruments relax your body and turns on the parasympathetic nervous system bringing you into a state of rest and digest, where healing begins.
Decreasing stress and anxiety in turn have a plethora of benefits including but not limited to:
•Calms your body and mind
•Increases focus and clarity
•Boosts your immune system
•Decreases tension and fatigue
•Boosts your mood and reduces feelings of anger
•Improves sleep
•Elevates feelings of spiritual and all around well-being

What should I bring?
Anything that can allow you to be comfortable and supported such as a
•Blankets/pillow/yoga mat you want to be as comfortable as possible to allow the sounds to bring you into a deep state of relaxation
•Water
•Some like to bring and eye pillow or something to put over their eyes such as a scarf.
•A journal if you’d like sometimes it’s nice to journal after
•Some also like to bring crystals and other items that they would like bathed in the sound
•Anything else that will support you
•Your beautiful self :)
