everything is made to order.

you can always customize your order/s. just send us a message for your desired design.

orders will take up to 3 to 5 days or more, depending on the quantity of your orders, to be completed.

production will begin after payment has been received.

please note that color may differ due to lighting.

strictly no cancellation of orders.

we accept bulk orders, but please inform us weeks or months (depending on the quantity and items) prior the deadline required.

for bulk orders (amounting to P500 and up), we'll be requesting a 50% down payment to secure the order. incase there will be a need to cancel the order, the down payment will not be returned and no item will be given.

tiny to very mininal bubbles might be present.

pick ups will be scheduled once the orders are completely packed.

orders are packed carefully to ensure that the item/s won't be damaged. mishandling of the courier is beyond our control.

resin crafts are quite fagile. please handle them with care.
