Choosing to love life against all odds!
That is what has gotten me so much joy and success. Each day I choose to wake up with positive thoughts and that leads me into this beautiful life.

First let me give you some key info about me. At 16 I was diagnosed with Type One Diabetes and Celiac disease (At 24 I was diagnosed with Hashimotos.) After high school was rough, in and out of the hospital with diabetic episodes. I had to make a change. I began doing yoga and that was life changing for me. Yoga lead me to energy work, I had the movement, the energy, the one thing missing was physically touch. Thats when I became a licensed massage therapist.

Thanks to my journey, my life blossomed to what it is!
