About myself

Hey! My name is Mark Magsombol and I may be your future fitness coach! I hit the gym for 3-4 years now and gained a lot of experience in losing weight.

At my peak I weighed almost 100kg. I started going to the gym and lost 30kg and gained some lean muscle mass.

I created my own „fitness philosophy“ for the perfect way of getting shredded.
