These Bars include all the protein you need and are perfect for a little snack.
Serving Size
12 large bars/24 mini bites
Ingredients
12 pitted dates
1 cup protein powder (I used vanilla but any will work)
1 tbsp peanut butter (You can use creamy or crunchy)
2-3 tbsp water (use as much as you need)
1 cup roasted peanuts
2/3 cup choc chips

Baking tray
Baking paper
Food processor
Large bowl

Method
Step 1:
Combine you peanuts and protein powder into your food processor.Once it is a sand like texture take it out and pour into your bowl.Add your peanut butter and water and stir till combined.Blend your dates into whatever size pleases you.Pour your dates and choc chips into a bowl and mix.
Step 2:Lay your baking paper on your tray and add your bar mixture.Let cool in fridge for thirty minutes.Once cooled cut and enjoy.
