Very common issue

How many times did you try your hardest, sticked to a severe diet and there was no results ? How many times did yous starved yourself, got tortured because of the surrounding temptations and yet you did loose any weight? All of this happens for a reason.. one of these reasons is that your body got to a phase where it won't loose any more fats because the stored amount has been demolished; so, he's keeping the rest and wouldn't let go of it.. but this is not the end of it, this problem has a sloution. Another reason is hormonal missfiring and that can be due to stress you're going through .. and this also has a solution don't worry 😉

كام مرة عملنا دايت ووصلنا لمرحلة ان مبقاش فيه نتيجة ؟ كام مرة حرمنا نفسنا وتعبنا و النتيجة كانت صفر ؟ ده كله بيحصل لاسباب كتيرة .. من ضمن الاسباب ان الجسم بيوصل لمرحلة انه مش عايز يخس اكتر من كده عشان الكيلوات اللي محوشها خلاص بتخلص فخايف و بيحرص علي الباقي و ده ليه حل، او ان فيه حالة من الhormonal misfiring و دي ممكن يكون سببها stress .. و حتي ده برضو ليه حل .. 😉

How does body fet ride of excess weight?

How does the body loose weight? This is a question that most of us never heard its answer and just follow diets without knowing how it happens 🙈

When you eat food that's high in calories and fats .. your blood sugar tends to elevate so the body reacts by secreting insulin that takes that food and store it in cells for a rainy day.
Any change in eating routine or when you provide your body less calories than it's used to it ... the body responds by secreting glucagon that has the opposite role of insuline to prevent hypoglycaemia ... it makes the body spends its savings (your overweight) to elevate the blood sugar back to normal and that's how you loose weight ..
ازاي الجسم بيفقد الوزن الزيادة؟ طبعا ده سؤال مبهم لمعظم الناس و بياخدو الدايت و بيمشو عليه و خلاص من غير ما يعرفو ايه اللي بيحصل بالظبط 🙈

لما بناكل اكل عادي او دسم سكر الدم نسبته بتعلي فالجسم بيفرز هرمون الانسولين عشان ياخد الاكل الكتير ده و يخزنه عنده في الخلايا لوقت عوزه.
اي تغيير في روتين الاكل او لما بناكل اقل و بندخل كالوريز او طاقة اقل من المعتاد و اقل من الجسم محتاجها .. سكر الدم بيقل فعشان الجسم يلحق نفسه و مايحصلش هبوط.. بيفرز الجلوكاجون؛ و ده هرمون دوره معاكس للانسولين، و اللي بيخلي الجسم يضطر يصرف من الفلوس اللي محوشها اللي هي الوزن الزائد عشان يرفع يسكر الدم تاني و يرجع لحالته الطبيعية.. و بكده الجسم بيتخلص من الوزن الزائد ..
