My name is Mary Kate & I live in Eastern Oregon. At 28 years old I currently own a small business called Sage Wild, run a health & wellness biz, and work a full time day job. I love the outdoors & creating endlessly for my business Sage Wild. It is my dream to some day not need a day job, and that is what I am working towards. For sometime now, I have been on a journey to improve myself and my life.

I have been struggling with debt and being underweight for years now. Living paycheck to paycheck, skipping meals, and running on zero sleep, it’s honestly surprising I’ve made it this far. One day I got tired of being tired. So I made a change.

I started my health and wellness biz to better myself both physically and financially. Since starting I have not only changed my lifestyle but have helped others to do the same. I am healthier, happier, and stronger than ever before.
