Let me do your weekly meal prep so you can relax without the hassle of deciding “what’s for dinner?” I specialize in creating menus for WW (formerly Weight Watchers) members but can also tailor meals to accommodate any food allergies, dietary requirements, or personal preferences you may have.

While I'm not a trained chef or nutritionist, I have a true passion for cooking and use the helpful tools provided by WW to calculate points and create delicious, healthy meals that you’ll love. I believe in 'clean' eating and strive to use seasonal and organic ingredients whenever possible.

Weekly menus offer a tempting variety of cuisines from around the world, as well as well as fresh takes on classic comfort foods. Whether you're in the mood for something exotic or simply want to indulge in a lighter version of your favorite dish, I've got you covered. And if there's something special that you'd like to have on the table, just let me know. I'm always ready to adjust my recipes so you can get exactly what you crave!

• Branzino with chickpea cucumber olive salsa & garlic yogurt dressed zucchini ribbons
• Pork tenderloin with maple-mustard gravy & roasted cabbage steak
• Korean BBQ Short rib tacos with kimchi apple slaw
• Skate puttanesca & asparagus risotto
• Mussels in a white wine garlic broth & fries
• Chicken stuffed with spinach, mushrooms & goat cheese with yam pavé and roasted veggies

Hello & welcome! I'm thrilled to share my passion for cooking, baking, and entertaining with you.

From a young age, I developed a love for the culinary arts thanks to my early exposure to Graham Kerr and Julia Child on PBS. By my late teens, I was already throwing elaborate dinner parties for 10 when my parents were out of town! During college, I was known for catering parties in my dorm room, and after graduation, I moved to New York City where I regularly hosted as many people as I could in my tiny apartment.

In 2010, I taught myself how to sculpt edible decorations out of fondant and started a side hustle creating couture cupcakes for kids' parties, weddings, and corporate events. Though I still love baking, my focus in recent years has shifted towards developing recipes and meal prep menus. I strive to use clean, seasonal ingredients and always opt for a little of the real thing over "skinny" substitutes. I believe that a meal can be decadent and indulgent while still being healthy if approached with thoughtfulness and creativity.

With years of experience in the kitchen and a passion for creating delicious, healthy meals, I'm excited to offer my culinary services to you. I look forward to working with you! 💋
