Notice how I said partner? That’s because I’ll be right in the mix with you.

I started this journey at 278 lbs.

Putting that number out into the world feels so odd, because I was so ashamed when I was that heavy. I wouldn’t even tell my husband how much I weighed.

Now, I’m proud of how far I’ve come, losing over 90lbs, with the help of BeachBody.

I’m still on my journey, but I want to help as many women as I can along my path to my healthiest self.

As your coach, my job is to be right there with you as much (or as little) as you need me to be. Cheering you on, and guiding you to the resources and programs that are right for you!
