it’s time to obsess about your own success

As a former college athlete I understand the discipline & dedication needed to succeed. After graduating I had to find and create ways to continue this type of training but also allow myself the freedom to take part in new things.

I started creating my own workouts, incorporating what I had learned from my past coaches, as well as introducing new elements that my body & mind reacted positively to.

I’m not one for social media & putting myself out there, but after taking that push & step, I’ve decided to journal/track & share with you my success.
