Once upon a time, exercise didn’t have to be scheduled and we ate when we were hungry. Sadly, neither is very true anymore and we are facing a global health crisis.
I got into helping people through fitness in 2004 and have learned that in order to truly change your health, your nutrition needs to change too.
My journey with loving a healthy lifestyle started with exercise at 29 after many starts & stops. I discovered that I loved the challenge of competing and managed to run the Boston Marathon 2x in addition to Ironman Canada.
My interest in nutrition grew during the years as a Personal Trainer. Results came much quicker and lasted when good nutrition was applied.
I didn’t get to the finish lines of my races without a coach so I know that when we have big goals, we need a coach.
