Once upon a time, exercise didn’t have to be scheduled and we ate when we were hungry. Sadly, neither is very true anymore and we are facing a global health crisis.

With more people working from home and not having a set time to finish their day, we are working more than ever. This has us moving less and having more temptations than we used to.

How do we reclaim our lives post pandemic?
