One of my favorite aspects of bartending is observing the reactions of my guests as they taste my creations for the first time. Seeing their eyes light up and hearing their delighted gasps as they savor the complex flavors and textures of my cocktails never fails to bring a smile to my face. I deeply enjoy how the room fills with laughter and meaningful conversations as people come together over a shared love of good drinks and great company.
