Our Story
Hi, I’m Danica, the founder and baker behind Mazel Morsels.
This all started with a simple realization.
While in the process of converting to Judaism and beginning to observe Shabbat, I found that traditional challah loaves were simply too large for the way I celebrate. As the only Jewish person in my home, I wasn’t looking for abundance. I was looking for something that fit the moment.
So I started baking smaller portions for myself. Just enough for those meaningful bites. And then I realized I couldn’t be the only one.
Mazel Morsels offers thoughtfully portioned, small-batch baked goods designed with intention and care. Created for individuals, small households, and those seeking a more personal way to honor tradition, each bake is sized to fit the moment without excess. Because tradition should be accessible, personal, and perfectly portioned for real life.
Little Bites. Big Simcha.
