Nebraska is where I was born and raised, but the planet has been my playground. I love Mother Earth, leading YOGA CYCLE AND DANCE classes. I’ve been doing it for 18 years! Join me in one of my many classes at Lotus House of Yoga and around the world.

Over the last decade, I’ve been a personal lifestyle coach. My work is rooted in yoga and energy and blooms into movement, diet, meditation, and transformation. High Vibrational Life Coaching is THE way to evolve your entire life.

I love to breathe, move, run, and sit. I love my kids and husband and family. I love plant food and spiritual spaces. I love to bless everything around me. And oh yah, smiling is my favorite.
