Hi, I am Monica, Mealpreppinmum, a food blogger/influencer/foodie/feeder/recipe creator and mum of two kids based in Essex.

I am currently in a relationship with food, spicy food to be exact.

A lot of my food is Asian influenced from my family roots in India and Kenya and my love of Asian food and spices with a contemporary British twist.

I want to bring this food to you, yummy fusion Asian food and canapés perfect to enjoy with friends over drinks or for a special occasion.

This is not just a typical Friday night takeaway, this is made to order delicious home cooked food with a few twists and a touch of Essex glam. ❤️
